Refund & Return Policy

Physical Products (Printify POD)

All physical items are custom-made as soon as your order is placed. Because of our print-on-demand process, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Wrong size or color chosen

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer

Damaged / Misprinted / Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will replace it at no cost.
Email returntoamenti@digiterramedia.shop within 7 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number

  2. A description of the issue

  3. Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will submit the claim to Printify’s production partner on your behalf.

Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will replace it.


Digital Products (Ebooks, PDFs, Downloads, Audio, Guides)

All digital product sales are final.

Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds on:

  • Ebooks

  • PDF guides

  • Digital downloads

  • Workshops

  • Digital templates

  • Any non-physical content

If You Didn’t Receive Your Download:

Contact us and we will resend your files immediately.
This is the only type of “replacement” available for digital goods.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
